Before You Get in Touch
What information should I have ready?
Nothing formal is needed for a first conversation. It helps if you know roughly how much you need, what it is for, when you need it, and — for property cases — the value and address of the security. We will tell you what documents are required once we know the route.
How quickly will you respond?
Same working day in almost all cases, and usually within a couple of hours during office hours. If your deadline is tight, say so in your message or call us directly and we will prioritise it.
Is the initial conversation free?
Yes. The first discussion, a review of your options and an indication of terms cost you nothing and carry no obligation. Any fee arrangement is agreed in writing before we submit an application on your behalf.
